With a Little Science Studio Traveling Science Party, we bring the experiments, excitement, and hands-on fun directly to your chosen party location!
Whether you’re celebrating at home, in a community room, school, park, or another approved venue, our science team arrives ready to transform your space into a mini science adventure.
The host is responsible for securing and providing the party venue. The venue must be safe, accessible, and suitable for the selected science activities. Little Science Studio reserves the right to decline a location that does not meet reasonable safety or activity requirements.
Traveling science parties are available within our designated service area. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area. Any applicable travel fee will be disclosed before the booking is confirmed.
The host is responsible for providing reasonable parking and convenient access to the party location. Any parking fees, tolls, venue access fees, or similar charges may be the responsibility of the host.
The host must provide a clean, safe, and reasonably accessible area for the science activities. Depending on the selected party package, tables, chairs, access to water, electricity, or other basic amenities may be required.
Our party time does not include unlimited setup or cleanup time. Please ensure that our team has reasonable access to the venue before the scheduled start time for setup and after the party for breakdown. Late access may reduce the available party experience.
Little Science Studio will clean and pack up the materials used for our science activities. General party cleanup, including food, decorations, gifts, trash, tables, and other non-science-related items, is the responsibility of the host.
Outdoor parties are subject to weather conditions. The host must have an appropriate indoor backup location available when necessary. Little Science Studio may recommend rescheduling or modifying activities when weather conditions create an unsafe environment.
Activities may vary based on the party theme, children’s ages, venue conditions, material availability, and safety considerations. Little Science Studio reserves the right to modify or substitute an activity when necessary while maintaining the overall party experience.
Little Science Studio instructors facilitate the science activities but do not provide general childcare. A responsible parent, guardian, or designated adult must remain present and supervise children throughout the event.
The host is responsible for ensuring that the venue is appropriate for hands-on science activities. Little Science Studio takes reasonable precautions to protect the host’s space; however, the host acknowledges that some activities may involve water, powders, colors, or other materials. Guests should follow all instructions provided by the science team.
Food, beverages, cake, decorations, and entertainment not provided by Little Science Studio are the responsibility of the host. Food and drinks should be kept away from science activity areas and materials.
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date. Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted within the timeframe stated in your party agreement. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Additional travel or venue-related costs may apply to a rescheduled event.
Once our team has arrived at the host venue, the party is considered to have begun, even if guests have not yet arrived. Late guests will not result in an extension of the scheduled party time.
